The EIT RawMaterials Summit is the leading event for the raw materials sector, bringing together industry executives and managers, top policymakers, innovators, startups researchers, and investors. When we took over marketing for the Summit in 2024, the goal was clear: more reach, more participants, more impact. One year later, together with EIT RawMaterials, we made history. The 2025 Summit not only broke all previous records – it was completely sold out. Through eleven targeted campaigns over several months across three channels, we sold over 1,000 tickets. The result: 102% of our ticket sales and revenue targets achieved.

It also invests in future generation of innovators for the raw materials sector through initiatives ranging from education of school students to higher qualifications for industry professionals.
Building the brand
To achieve the ambitious goals for ticket sales, visibility, and branding, we developed a staged marketing strategy, leveraging tailored content, ad assets, and formats across multiple channels. The key was using the right digital marketing channels at the right time for each objective, while smartly connecting channels to engage the event’s target audience repeatedly, across different touchpoints. We implemented strict monthly tracking of KPIs and key metrics, which allowed us to continuously optimize the campaigns and the overall marketing strategy.

Set a new ticket sales record!
Thanks to a data-driven decision model and targeted campaigns on the right channels, over 1,000 tickets were sold for the EIT RawMaterials Summit 2025 – making the event completely sold out. At the same time, valuable data was collected to enable even more precise optimization of future campaigns.
